Crimea.
From 1 to 14 July Lvov joined karate training process with active recreation in the Crimea.
More than 150 athletes from different cities of Ukraine came to Popovka to take part in educational training camps.
Joint training sessions were held by coaches: Vladimir Gulyaev, Tatyana Ushakova, Vladimir Kusiy, Yuri Starovoitov, Nazar Hominyak etc.
Children and adults have mastered the techniques of karate, jiu-jitsu, Thai boxing. There were 2 times a day training sessions on the sandy shore of the Black Sea.
Carpathians.
From 17 to 30 July sportsmen club “Arey” continued their sporting life is in the beautiful green Carpathians.
Compared with the hot dry climate in the Crimea in the Carpathians we breathed the fresh air with the smell of pines and firs.
Camp “Zelemyanka” (Grebeniv) hospitably took Karate Club.
The program included: a morning cross?, training in karate and jiu-jitsu, swimming in the river, hiking in the mountains.
Disco. Here the coach and the parents were swapped with their children. Children are taught to coach Tatyana Ushakova dance TYPE TONIC! But “10 kyu” in this dance style she want to train.
At the end of the camp was held KVN. Children struck by his sense of humor, theatrical talent and intelligence!
25-24 April 2010 Lviv team of 16 athletes took part in the 11 th World Karate Cup held in the Czech city of Hradec Kralove.
Sportsmen of 120 clubs from 17 countries performed at 7-tatami.
The best result of Team Lviv was winning of Galina Melnik in kumite 16-17 years. Also two commands male (cadets) and female (junior) won silver. Mary Maydanyuk and Max Suharev became bronze winners in their categories in kumite. In total in Lvov team brought five medals. Among the 120 Club (1025 members) “Team Lviv” took 13 th place.

April 10, 2010 in the Sports Palace “Ukraine” held a cup of Lviv region in karate (the third round of the League School Karate).
Dealt with by the competition karate club “Arey, the chief judge – Tatiana Ushakova.
In the event has taken 252 participants from 12 clubs in Lviv region.
Winners club was “Arey! Second place was taken by club “Odyssey” and the third – the club of “Shogun.”
Although the competition ended at 22.30 awardees been looking forward to the results of calculating the ranking. The best 5-athletes was handed the prize total of USD 1500. Its got: Yaschyshyn Irina (Club Arey), Perederij Nazar (Club Arey), Richter Ostap (Club Sene), Vladimir Feschyn (club “Odyssey”), Galina Melnik (Club Arey).
Tournament “Harasuto Cup” is one of the most prestigious competitions in Europe with karate WKF. Athletes from 18 countries took part in the 6th “Harasuto Cup” 27-28 February 2010.
Karate Club “Arey” appeared in the European Cup in quantities of 5 people within the National Team of Ukraine. In the city, “Arey” brought 6 available.

The team of Ukraine acted in the number of people 60 and took second team place losing only Slovakiya. Congratulations to our winners!
5-7 February in m.Izmir (Turkey) was hold a European Karate Championship among cadets and juniors. National teams of 40 countries were represented at these competitions.
Team of Ukraine were 20 athletes and 7 coaches from Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Zhitomir, Kharkov, Crimea Novgorod.
The only representatives of Lviv were: athlete of club “Arey” Galina Melnik and her coach Tatyana Ushakova.
Galina performed in the category 14-15 years -54 kg, where the first battle won by athletes from Belgium with a score 9:1. In the second match Galina spent 2 sanbons and 1 ippon and gave no chance to win sportsmen from Slovakia. With the score 7:1 we were in the third round, where we met with Spanish girl. The first half of the battle took place in a very high pace. Our athlete has demonstrated technology sharply and clearly, but unfortunately, the Judges answer was – TORIMASEN. Fight ended with a draw. In an additional match and athlete from Spain, and the athlete from Ukraine struggled with fatigue. With 5 seconds to the end of the battle Spanish holds hiako-tsuki dzhodan and receives 1 point. Fight ended with the score 0:1.
Overall team results in Ukraine, where head coach – is an active sportsman of Georgia Rudik Sahrunov, is two 5 places.
III Tour for School League Karate – the final competition SHLK in 2009-2010 academic year, will be held April 10, 2010. Competitions will be held in two groups – A, B, which allows children the first year of training to take part in competitions and win.
December 26, 2009 Held IV New Year’s Tournament – second round of the Lviv School Karate League .
Competitions organized by the Office of Education and the Office of Youth, Family and Sports of the Lviv city council. The organizational support provided by Sport Club Arey. Chief Judge – Tatiana Ushakova.
Participation not only accept Lviv Karate Clubs, but guests from Struy, Chervonograd, Sokal. Level athletes ranged from beginners to experienced karatekas, champions of Ukraine, members of the National team of Ukraine in karate.
Competitors performed in 4 types: kata, kumite, team kata and team kumite, in different age and weight categories. Victory Sport Club “Arey” got. Since public schools first became school # 36. Tournament winners were awarded with cups, medals and diplomas. Athletes who won in several types of competitions received prizes from the company’s sports equipment KAZE.
On New Year’s tournament Santa Claus gave to all the participants of the competition the presents.
Our cadets 14-15 years, who spoke on the Championship of Ukraine in Donetsk. It was a 4 stage selection of the best athletes in the team of Ukraine, which is preparing to participate in the European Championship (Izmir, Turkey).
